Mother Moon, Father Sun

You picked me up when I was down
Took me flying through the night
Helped me find myself
Brought me to the Light
And when the Dark would take its hold
You were there to comfort me
Invoked my inner Light
So I may always see

Mother Moon, Father Sun
With You I'm one
Earth and Water, Air and Flame
Call out my Spirits name
Mother Moon, Father Sun
My journey's just begun
Mother, guide me through this night
As in this life I grow
As a child, then a mother
Through life's trials I must go
And when I've grown old
Let Your wisdom flow through me
So that I may be a mentor
For Your children yet to be

Though Your wilds I may wander
You're still with me I know
Through the Spring and through the Summer
And the Fall's ripe vine
Into the cold of Winter
Father, turn the Wheel of Time
