The Weight We Must Bear

Age Group: Adult
I have two glass jars
On my shoulders
And one on my head.
Not filled with boulders,
But with marbles instead.
I couldn't bear the weight
Of more then a few
At first, But my frieght
Wobbled, slowly as it grew.
Someday I will walk crooked
Under their burden,
Step by step, neck craned and hooked.
But one by one I can take it. I am certain.
