Magick is Afoot

When I was young, no bigger than a gnat,
I had this love for dog and cat,
For spiders, snakes, fish, crab and bird.
You'de think I was this nature nerd!
Camping's still my favorite thing,
I'll sit and listen to birds sing.
Now I'm grown up, not much bigger than then,
And nature still gives me that "zen".
Even when feeding a squirrel on my knee,
Before he leaves he'll take a "pee"!
I've been told about her charms,
Brigid wrapped me in her arms.
I've learned a thing or two since then,
And now I'll ne'er look back again.
For the path I'm lead down fits me well.
With happiness, my heart does swell.
Freinds that are like family,
Thank the Goddess on my knee!
