Reunion

Could he fall in love with her all over again?
A return to their fragile honeymoon. 'Twas simply a prelude.
A pantheon of blessings still yet to be realized.
Golden maiden of the morn kissing sweet farewell the brow of solicitude.
Her eyes have burned red from the tears of his anger.
Bruised lips sighing all the joys of reconciliation.
The fabric of fate being torn and restitched
To blanket man and woman without threat of suffocation.
Silent owl's wings gliding past the full moon
As mighty huntress tends her nightly rounds beneath the swelling light.
Unobserved witness to the lovers who share the heavens
With soaring hearts as their loving intentions reunite.
