Something Missing

In my heart there's something missing
Onconsciously, the only way I know what.
I feel an empty space inside
That no one around me can fill.
Others have tired to fill it
And there tries are simply in vain
Cause there's nothing in my heart
but simple, grieving pain.
It's hard for me to express my self
But once i do they all cease to understand
So I try to swallow all I've felt
Until there's too much for my heart to stand.
And finally I find that my way out of hell
Is letting free from the bottles, which became my jail.
I wish for someone to understand me
Someone that once knew how i felt
Someone who can set my wings free
Instead of making me, a fallen angel of hell.
I can close my eyes and pretend to sleep
but my conscince doesn't let me crave something so deep
So I lay in bed awake craving my sleep
Instead of having it as something I need.
