This is me

I am smart and quite.
I wonder what my future is going to be.
I hear screaming in my head.
I see myself in the future.
I want some peace in my life.
I am smart and quite.
I pretend I'm flying in the sky.
I feel pain inside.
I touch the water of the Nile.
I worry about my grades.
I cry when I get in trouble.
I am smart and quite.
I understand that life is difficult.
I say mean things about myself.
I dream of graduating High School.
I try my best not to hurt myself.
I hope my life gets better.
I am smart and quite.
Author's Notes: This poem is based on my life. All true. This was my english assignment last year. I hope you enjoy it. :)
