Demon Roars

Every night I lie awake,
And listen to the Demon,
That roars in side me,
Every day, every night,
every minute, every second,
Of every hour.
The Demon that I am.
Born this way ?
I have no clue,
But, I can't help.
To wonder,
Is this all beacause
Of you?
Born the way,
That I was,
Half dark, Half light.
I can't help ,
But to think you were,
Being true,
You changed me.
No longer,
Half dark, half light,
But fully dark.
Not half demon,
But full demon.
Thanks to you.
As I lie awake
And listen,
To the roaring.
Every Second,
Every Minute,
Of Every Hour.
Tis the demon,
In me for ever,
Roaring,
Roaring for release.
