Brother

My wolf searches for yours,
Come find me, brother.
Please Bother,
I need to feel your muzzle against mine,
I yern to smell your warm fur.
My wolf howls in sorrow,
Without you, Brother,
I am only but half complete.
Find me, Brother,
I have need of you,
I love you, Brother.
Find me, please,
Like you have thoughout all our centuries.
I travel through our favorite woods,
And morn the loss of you, Brother.
I run past our old trails,
I remember our frolicing in the snow,
And I howl in pain,
A pain so heartwrenching,
That all our kind hear it,
And morn our loss of you.
What is taking you so long come back,
Brother, I have need of you.
I run without you,
My mate frets my health.
My little ones miss you.
One even stays behind,
So there is room for you, Brother.
Come Brother,
Come Back to us.
