I am One of the Lady's Chosen

I am one of the Lady's chosen,
I am one of the lucky few.
I dance to Her when the moon rises,
I dance to Her when the moon is new.
Don't you believe me?
Oh unbeliever,
How do I make you see?
Or are you
not
for
me?
For I am one of the Lady's chosen
I am one of the lucky few.
Once before I said farewell to you
Beneath these timeless stars of yore.
Oh,
So long ago that it seems it was only a century or more.
I make the choice again.
I am one of the Lady's chosen
I am one of the lucky few
I dance to Her when the moon rises
I dance to her when the moon is new.
I am one of the Lady's chosen.
Author's Notes: Something I put together on Candlemas one year and liked enough to transfer into my book of shadows along with a few bits of humor.
