The Dance of Life and Death

Age Group: Teen
Life and death are intertwined
In a dance that none escape.
The perfect partners,
Few too easily bought
And others just dirt cheap.
The Gods of nation, thou of old
Leave the living to those alive.
Not a command, but random fact:
Life and death are intertwined.
Darkness and blood, you flow
Into the light and life of those
Above.
And life, though of the Above,
You travel to the dark places
And shine into your enemy and love.
Oldest of Gods I envoke here,
The great work of magic is seen.
May the Gods bless and the Gods keep,
And may I live with them forever.
