Tango of Death

Age Group: Adult
The fury of storm upon darkened sea
Stirs from within some deep rooted passion.
The footsteps of time, an infinity,
Slow but for one in the dance that they fashion.
Destruction, creation.... Are they as one?
Auspicious, the tango, blesséd and pure,
Brings death of the self; no ego has won.
Light is thy ailment and dark is the cure.
Blazing with flame as they cross the abyss,
Are Shiva and Kali locked in this dance?
Desire and ego need you so miss?
Their love will endure if given the chance.
Surely they'll save you from this curséd sea,
With Tango of Death and eternity.
