The Cauldron of Wisdom

A stirring of motions so thoughtless and free,
Churning as waves within endless sea…
Spiraling onward as stirred in the cup,
Of Cerridwen, “Mother, I seek but a sup!”
The wisdom of ages I taste in your boon
Visions of power and swirling Typhoon.
In eye of the storm so peaceful and free,
I glimpse but a fraction of eternity.
The Spark of Creation, let flow and yet ebb
Intricately weaving Arachnia's web.
A world of order, for life to survive,
Devours the darkness and soon comes alive.
Black are the holes of the Goddess’s womb
Where light plants the seed of life in the tomb.
Life and Death endless, eternal the dance…
As gods rise and fall within but a glance,
Of eternal oceans , which primal though be,
Give rise to the Serpent of Eternity.
The Yin and the Yang and the balance of force
Do Loki and children set all on their course?
Leviathan twisting and guarding the way…
Death is but Knowledge, from path do not stray.
With stillness of soul and of mind now achieve
The gift of the fruit that was given to Eve.
For Knowledge is found in Death of the Tree
From ego and pride shall Kali set you free.
Formless is No Thing that yet can exist
Like spiraling serpents upon Shiva’s wrists.
If Life you so seek, and of wisdom partake,
Then Death shall soon follow upon placid lake.
The Lady so journeys and ferries the King
Who sleeps with the apples which promises bring.
The hope of the future and call of the past
Close now the circle… the magick is cast.
