Turn The Wheel

by Shadow Walker

Age Group: Adult

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn The Wheel, feel itís call.
Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn the Wheel, duty of all.

Winters deep Ė Goddess sleeps.
Inside Her the promise She keeps.
By Yule lights the Oak King fights and Holly fades away
Sleep Goddess, Sleep, prepare for Midsummer Day.

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn The Wheel, feel itís call.
Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn the Wheel, duty of all.

Imbolc light, fires delight,
Shadows dance the night away,
Quickening away the chill of day
for Spring is on itís way.

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn The Wheel, feel itís call.
Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn the Wheel, duty of all.

Springs light Ė Goddess Delight.
perfect dark, perfect light Ostra balanced all is right.
Oak King dances in a cloak of green
Buds emerge with delights unseen.

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn The Wheel, feel itís call.
Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn the Wheel, duty of all.

Beltane fires light the night,
Goddess smiles in passions delight.
Build a pole to last the year
Always hold your lover near.

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn The Wheel, feel itís call.
Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn the Wheel, duty of all.

Summers light Ė Litha Delight.
Oak and Holly again to fight.
Sun rises highest of the year,
Oak Kingís end now is here.

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn The Wheel, feel itís call.
Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn the Wheel, duty of all.

Lammas comes Ė reap what was sown,
Pick and pluck what has been grown.
Goddess delights in bread oven lights.
Holly plays by day and dances by nights.

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn The Wheel, feel itís call.
Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn the Wheel, duty of all.

Mabon nights Ė Harvested delights,
the days succumb to the nights.
Cycles will keep and Goddess will sleep,
Goddess and Green have return to the deep.

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn The Wheel, feel itís call.
Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn the Wheel, duty of all.

Samhain in Ė veil is thin
with loved ones again as death enters in.
Season and store at Winters door,
before snows again cover an Earthen floor.

Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn The Wheel, feel itís call.
Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall
Turn the Wheel, duty of all.
