Weeping Willow

Do you not know?
Can you not see?
The beauty,
That you share with me.
Your branches droop down,
Trailing through the waters,
Oh, to sit under them,
In the shelter of your arms,
A person would feel lucky.
So why do you cry?
Weeping Willow,
When you offer so much,
And demand so little,
That many would be,
Only too happy,
With thee.
Author's Notes: Just quick poem that came to mind. Not sure why, but had to get it out of my head. Didn't take me much time, sorry, it's not my best work. Like I said though, had to get it out.
