Author's Notes: Awarded the Editor's Choice Award from Poetry.com in April 2006: This poem will be published in their International semi-finalist poetry collection book and will be read by a professional reader for their selected poems CD for 2006.
The International Society of Poets has nominated me for 2006 Poet of the Year based upon this poem.
I am to be inducted as an International Poet of Merit and Honored Member of their Society for 2006-2007 for this poem.
I am to be awarded and International Outstanding Achievement in Poetry Award in July of 2006 for this poem.
