bone a petite

I was at a ball where everyone wore masks and costumes
place was well lit and very elegant.
The music was whimsical, classical even.
I danced around and around with a pig masked gentleman. He made me giggle and blush. The festival was so beautiful as if from a dream. But then all of a sudden the energy of the room changed and I sensed danger. The room became blurry there was an undercourage of hate and terror. The dancing stopped as did the laughing. The doors slammed, locked and the masks came off.
They bore the most distorted faces but that did not freighten me because I was not the only one there who was not one of them. Others froze in terror, and belted high pitched wals as their real faces were uncovered. I did not fear them. I found them to be miraculously individualistic and I liked them for that.
However, those who screamed and fainted and froze were devoured. Feasted upon like game. Pure meat. But when it became my turn to be fed upon, they could not do it. They smiled at me and lifted me in exhaultation. They deemed me their queen. Im not sure what the position intales but I am more than willing to find out and to uphold my queenly duties. But be forewarned that when a ball comes to your town know what you are gettin yourself into otherwise something or someone might be getting into you.
