Sailing through Life
by Azuris-Raen
Age Group: Adult
Words of an unknown tounge flow through my head,
intuition hinting the right way to sail;
through this life I must ever so do.
Along the way I pass those who stand still,
waiting for the word to go ahead and live,
while I pass them by they look at me,
wondering what star guides me.
I try to tell them, but to no avail,
my ship has sailled to far to tell.
So they ever stand; waiting for the word,
While me and my friends contiune to sail.
Author's Notes: This short poem pays homage to those who follow their hearts; ever questioning; never giving up; keeping an open mind.
