I look into the distance;
using my heart to see;
I see through the energy that binds our worlds;
two worlds on the opposite sides of the stream;
one of nature untouched by the human hand;
one of machine created by our design;
unknown to most these worlds intertwine;
where in nature a crystalline tower resides;
while in machine a tower of metal, wires and tubes stand;
one beacons me, while the other scares me away.
I pity those who worship the god of the machine;
they'll never know whats on the otherside;
of a thin-line between the worlds;
I seek the world of nature;
not looking to the machine.
Memories and visions of both worlds;
I see through my eyes;
echoing into existance on our plane;
one of nature;
one of machine;
intertwined but seperate;
for those who choose to see.
Author's Notes: I started seeing these more than a year ago, but I only choose to see the Natural World where the spirits reside. But every now and then I catch a glimpse of the Machine World.
Anyone who wants to learn more feel free to e-mail me.
And for those who think this is a metaphore of our world, it isn't; I see this all the time in broad day-light in the approiate setting. Think what you wish.
