The Earthsong
by Azuris-Raen
Age Group: Adult
The music of the world reverberating through my soul;
it's divine lyrics just out of my grasp;
Three seperate parts, combined to make the song;
the first from the Earth with it's neverending hum;
the second from the creatures of the land;
and the final part from the sentient beings;
In its whole it will stirr the soul;
giving those who listen spiritual euphoria;
and to those who sing, the biggest blessing;
In the past we listened and even sung;
but those days are long gone now;
only a few still know how to listen, let alone sing;
it is my hopes with these few words;
that the flame be re-kindled;
and we again take our places in;
listening and singing the song,
and living in complete harmony with the land.
