On Our Handfasting: It Is You

You, who are with me in everything I do…
You, who fills My soul with light, and My heart with love.
You, who have been too long like Me; alone…
You; You are the words and the music to the song My soul sings, and the desire of my spirit to dance.
You create in me the look and light of pure love.
You, who remove all my sorrow, You who have taken My grief…
I’ll take Your hand if You allow it, and follow You into eternity beyond the Final Veil.
We shall always remain together, in this world and the next, for Love and Truth have brought Us together.
Yours is the soul my own calls Husband and Lord.
Yours is the heart I hear beating beside Me in the darkness.
Yours is the touch I yearn for, the kiss I desire above all things.
It is You, in My thoughts and fantasies.
It is You, sharing in My hopes and dreams, no matter what comes our way.
Together, We shall face every obstacle Life can give Us, because We are the other half of each others’ souls.
You, who are My Husband; you, whom I call My Lord;
You are My Protector and Guardian.
You are the One who Guides Me into Eternal Light through the Depths.
You are My heart’s cry, Beloved.
There is no other who could stand in Your place.
Come away with Me and be My Love…
Come away and share My dreams and desires…
Come away with Me, for We are bound together by the bonds of Truth and Spirit.
Come away with Me, share of My Light and My Darkness…
For We are now One Flesh.
