Pleasure Principle

I sit in my room looking at old photos of him...
It's too much to take
I'm not strong wnough to put the gun to my head
But there's a saying "take the pain and grow from it"
So I won't doe yet, but I will grow....
I peel the skin from my body
Little slits then bigger and bigger still
Watching as the blood seeps down
Cascading down my arm to the floor
The pool of blood fascinates me.
I pull a bucket from out of my closet
And use it to catch the blood
When it's full and bleeding stops
I'll bathe in it
Replinish my soul and start over
Too bad it's too late
Though it's stopped flowing outside
The bleeding is internal
Author's Notes: He was given an angel and returned something that he couldn't recognize
