My son has entered the World today
I am a Mother
His eyes, his fingers, his tummy and toes are of mine
I am a Mother
He knows my smell and he knows my taste
I am a Mother
Full of curiosity and wonder, he explores this new place
I am a Mother
Today my son has been born, he is a part of me in every which way he could possibly be me,
Life has been made and he will grow and learn and maybe make life too one day
I am his Mother.
Author's Notes: My son is my world, my life, my love, my everything. The magick of love is created into one tiny little being. Cherish this magick for they are the magick of the world.
