Why can you not see?

You hurt yourself and I wonder why.
You say that every night you die.
Your mom doesn't give a damn.
This isn't even what you planed.
You planed to live, not to die.
You planed to write, not to cry.
You thought that i wouldn't care.
But now that I know, I'm always there.
You said that you'll look death in the eye.
You said that you arn't scared to die.
You said that all your poetry is true.
I told you that I believe you.
You hurt yourself infront of me.
Why can you not see?
