The Coven Stands

The Coven Stands
This place was born from friendships old and new .
From trials and triumphs
Yes there were quite a few.
But a bond was formed and together we banned
We comforted each other
Which is why the coven stands.
We look to the future
Turning away from the past
A new family is forming
Within the circle we've cast
As the spiritual flame is fanned
The Coven Stands.
I give honor to you my friends
Who have been with me through hard times
From the beginning to the present
You were there at the drop of a dime .
Always ready to lend a hand
Time after Time
Which is why I know
The Coven will stand.
I now sit back and smile
As the sun sets over the land
We are close ,
but separated by miles
But even with that
The Coven Stands ...
