people think they know me....

People who think they really know me are in for a BIG surprise.
They need to look at me, just not through there eyes.
If you could see with your heart, then you could see the truth.
You could see all of the lies people tell.
The people who think they know me are in for a big surprise.
My Friends don’t even know the true me, the one that’s deep inside.
The one I try to hide.
the one that is bonafide.
My element of water that is the tide, is the one that conceals my pride,
of being different.
The concealment of my sole, the story I told to no one.
My friends, the true ones, will never know.
The story will never be told.
No one.
Not a sole.
Can you be told of the pain concealed not in my heart but in my brain.
My heart feels nothing, no loving.
Not a thing.
Can you see the pain in my eyes of the tide, of my pride, the bonafide truth
of those who knew of nothing.
Nothing that you can see with your eyes but feel with your heart
to be dealt with how I felt about nothing.
Nothing of my pride of the tide in which I leaned to in the wind of the breeze
and sound of chimes, in the summer time.
The People who knew that the breeze can sing
and follow the voice to a place of innocent faces.
To see without eyes and the truth to be revealed
in time to the eyes of the beholder.
The cold shoulder I’ll feel when I tell....and it becomes real.
