Dance of Change

This time, the full white light.
Soon, another pitch black night.
Ever changing, day to day,
Selena follows her own way.
Lunar months slide by.
Oh, how time does fly.
Shortly, the change comes again,
Bending my body in pain.
Never seen physically,
But shadows show truly,
How I look at this time,
Is not my shape’s next line.
From one to another,
As the Lunar Partner,
Every month, unending,
Always bending.
Mayhap this pain will fade.
Mayhap will have stayed.
Till the next time round,
How I will be found,
Human or otherwise,
Look ye to the skies.

Author's Notes: Ok, this is an experiement on my part... A few of you know my skills with rhyme kind of stink. But I thought I'd give it a shot. Go ahead and tell me what you think. It may decide if I ever do this again...
