The Horned One

I am the nameless terror
The winter’s gelid wrath
With eyes dark and cold
My skin like ice
The wind is my breath
Anger creeps silent
Pain becomes strength
And death is my gift
The frozen branches
Like death’s thin hands
Bend before me
You cut with steel
Frost scars my flesh
And while you run from me
I drown under the ice
Where love’s bright fire
Is only a nightmare
