Woman
with untended
wasted beauty
striving towards
the stars
a world
people mistook
for unimaginable
fourteen years in
so far
She vows
this time will be different
soft eyes
watch people

passing by
on their way to something bigger
without Her
so old fashioned
should have become a nun
but to reconcile
Her insides
with her out
