Real Kiss

I have a secret. Can I share it?
I’m not perfect.
Why?
I’m prone to fantasy.
Does that mean I’m bad or imperfect?
Or just creative?
Yes I fantasize…
Because it’s your fire
that burns deep within my chest
sending me to wild places.
It sends me Soaring
like a lonely bird above the clouds
Hoping to find rest on a loving branch
to eat it’s fruit.
But I kneel before you and I confess;
I surrender to you…
My lifeless body empty in your arms
Except for the beat of your heart
pumping your light through my veins.
At least now I can die happy
Because I have seen your face once again.
Your eyes set me free from myself.
So when I dream of you
I Kiss you…
I kiss your mind… that you may think lovely things
I kiss your eyes… that you may see God
In every face, upon every leaf, within every flower
I Kiss Your Hair… that you might lay its glistening black curls across the night sky
I Kiss your Lips… that you might sing your hearts desire
I Kiss your throat… so that you swallow only what loves you in health
I Kiss your heart…that it beat with the light of the Son
I kiss your Tummy… that you release the guilt that you carry there
I kiss your feet… that you may walk in the loving way of God always
I kiss your breath… That every time you inhale you remember God
Now I rub down your feet with oil of spikenard and wipe them clean with my hair.
Can you see me now?
Do you know who speaks to you?
Open your throat
that I might pour milk and honey down it as
the joy and healing fills your soul.
After you pass out with joy,
I’ll gently carry you up to a cloud for a nap
as it then gently lowers you down to earth.
And what you feel right now,
Is what you feel…
After a Real Kiss.
