My Sister: The Darker Side

Age Group: Adult
There are times when I want to slap her
For being so insensitive.
We are polar opposites and she cannot grasp that.
She doesn't understand what I go through.
She may not even want to.
There are times I want to hit het
For being so cruel
She makes faces at me when I do what I like.
She criticizes my friends' faults... right in front of me.
Her face tells me she hates what I am.
There are times I want to beat her
For being so thoughtless.
She "wants" to help, but she makes the wound deeper.
She is blind to me and only criticizes me.
She hurts me so much.
There are times I want to yell at her
For being so prejudiced.
She doesn't even know my problem
And yet she assumes it's a stupid reason to worry.
She thinks I am weak.
There are times I want her to die
For being a wrathful sister.
She lashes out at me for the littlest things
When she does those things herself.
How did I get stuck with a hypocrite.
There are times...
And my sister will rue those times...
Because for the first time...
She will finally understand me...
whether she likes me or not.
