Amounts Of Time

Too much time,
Nothing to do but die,
Yet no time to mourn or cry,
Only enough time to sit and fabricate lies,
Fabricate lies as to how things went,
When you sat while your love drowns and dies,
There is not enough time to slowly win everyone,
Yet there is enough time in a second to affect all lives,
There is enough time to open a wrist and suffer fast,
There is enough time to make memories rise from past,
And while there is no time to mourn or cry,
There is just enough time to save a life,
Enough time to reach out and keep a life,
A life from taking itself with a sharp knife,
Because there is enough time to find purpose,
Enough time to fix the heart,
So altogether there is enough time for everyone,
Yet no time for anyone in part.
Author's Notes: after writing to keep anger levels down in a note book, I realized this... there is only enough time to make drama through the news, but never enough time for them to have a moment of silence. Why is that?
