And I Follow

And I Follow
Infinity gets down for a moment
on one bent knee
and when she throws her arms open wide
there is only a blending of color and sound
in a universal vibration of light
achingly rearranging my senses
as Summerland welcomes me home
and I follow.
The trees sing with the flowers and the grass
as I come upon an unforgettable field
filled with the children of tomorrow
and I follow.
Hurtling through the next dimension
I hear music, that has no notes
experience colors, that have no name
and feel a summer breeze forgive the storm,
and I follow.
As I search for the tenth realm
I become part of everything.
I am the axle, and I am the axis of all possible worlds.
I am a blade of grass in the southern plains of Africa,
I am a screeching pterodactyl flying above an ancient sea,
I am a gladiator in a great crusade,
I am the mustard seed, and I am the Oak,
I am war, and I am peace
I am the sperm, and I am the egg
I am the beginning of creation, and I will be the end
I am the collection of souls
of all the different worlds
of all the different times.
And I will follow Love past the dark side of Fear
and become
a blinding white light.
