The Waters Are Cold

Age Group: Adult
The waters of peoples personalities are usually tepid,
But now someones waters are very cold,
Because some do say that to journey in would be epic,
That the one person who dares to venture in is bold.
What has caused the waters to flow cold,
No one will ever be able to grasp just what,
Everything that walked in its waters did fall,
All the survivors of the waters did was bawl.
Everyday it seemed the water got colder,
Yet none of the people got bolder,
None tried to warm the waters everly so cold,
Even though beneath the waters lays a heart of gold.
One day a girl did venture in the waters filled with frost,
Unflinching she walks in hip deep,
Her life the waters seemingly attempted to accost,
Just when everything did seem lost,
Everything did warm around her.
The waters no longer a chilly blue,
Into a warm gold color it was turned to,
As she waded deeper everly soon,
Life jumped out of nowhere and plants grew around.
Just one brave soul who dared a horrible fate,
Did warm the waters at an incredible rate,
Was it because of her personality or looks,
What ever it was it turned the frigid waters,
To what it is now also known as,
Its warm glorious state.
