How Many

How many scars will the heart hold?
How many tradgedies must we endure?
Why will my heart never grow cold?
Because my love for you is true and pure...
As many times as we've been burned in the past
A love like ours they say shouldn't last
But yet somehow, we see it thru
We take the chance, and still we always win
Nomatter what, nomatter how
Anyway, anywhere
Despite the hell,
Words cannot touch what feelings hang
on the balance of a note...
I want to run, I want to hide
I want to escape, I want to die
There's nowhere to go, there's no place to hide
There's no room for escape, I've already tried
I've already died... and you caught me.
I look in your eyes, I see relections of me
I see everything we fear, I see everyrhing we wanted to be
Is it fact or fiction? We're still writing the book
I turn around, and take another look
Nomatter what they say, nomatter what they do
It's our story, it's our lives, forget the rest
I know what I want, I've found the best
No one can change it, no one can touch it.... though many have tried.
I want to run, I want to hide
I want to escape, I want to die
There's nowhere to go, there's no place to hide
There's no room for escape, I've already tried
I've already died... and you caught me.
Miscommunication's a wretch
All it causes is hell and pain
Be truthful, Speak to me clearly
'Cos I never want this again
Time apart was the key
We have what it takes,
How many heartbreaks?
We've both had enough...
We see it thru - we always do, just you and me...
I want to run, I want to hide
I want to escape, I want to die
