I Give Thanks with Tabacco

I give thanks with tabacco,
I lift it above my head,
I stretch my arms to the sky
I say "Father"
I reach my hands to the earth,
I bend and stretch to the earth,
I say "Mother".
I open my hands and blow,
the winds open and blow,
the trees stretch to the sky,
the trees bend to the earth
the winds blow.
A bird flies from the trees,
cricles once,
circles me once,
and flies to the sky.
I see a man
he is wearing a hide
a white buffalo hide
he has horns on his head.
He does not speak,
he walks away into the winds
and is gone.
Author's Notes: This is what happened yesterday while I was praying. At first I thought the man was tresspassing, until I realized he was wearing a white bufallo hide, which gave me the idea this was something else alltogether. He looked at me, walked through the yard and vanished.
