Transcendance

Transendance through time and space
I close my eyes, I see your face
I feel ok, I feel whole again
No longer sorrow, no longer pain
Alone at night, the darkness blinding
Though no sight, the emotions binding
To you I call -
Can you hear me? Can you sense me?
Can you feel me?
A heartfelt call across the night's breeze
A nightsong howled amongst the trees
A million years, a million deaths
a million hells to hear you whisper
my name - only once -
The moonlight's shadows start taking form
Oh, how I long once again to feel the norm
I close my eyes, I see you sleep
I open my ears, I hear you breathe
I reach out my hand, I feel you near
I open my mind, and you are here...
Author's Notes: Written @ 2am on 2/14 while listening to Chopin. I tried to laydown to goto sleep, and a certain person was on my mind. The 1st line came to me, and I had to write it down. The rest just flowed after that. Isn't that how it always goes?
