Warm November Day

The warm wind caresses our cheeks
Its Judas kiss upon our face
But the sycamore knows
what is to come
His skeletal branches
bony white
reaching to the gods
He knows the warm wind
will soon turn into an icy breath
His leaves have scattered
as the wind whispers of what is to come
Author's Notes: I just wanted to post one of my poems. This is one that I actually won an award for (at college) .
I love the sycamore trees in the fall.
