Intimacy With My Broom

A lustful affair
this secret we must keep
Your desperate green eyes from behind a chair
a light touch and a playful squeeze
Oh, so many long, lonely days
they slowly linger by
Our need for gratification
it pains me to lie
Relief, anticipation
the Full Cold Moon is finally here
A dance around an open fire
free, no one here to fear
Will you let me touch you?
Prepare you for this ride?
Wild, unbridled passion...
until we are satisfied.

Author's Notes: I wrote this poem with a vision of a young woman in the 1600's, a witch trapped in a marriage and forced to hide her relationship with her broom and the craft.
