The Gods Within

Be still young witch and listen to what I say
I am the Gods within you and I create this day
Even though I create everything, you created me
A true paradox indeed for it was I who created thee
A further conundrum is that I can be found all about
But I can only be found within you before without
Fret not nor frown for your beautiful spirit is mine
And my Godly essence is within you; it is thine
So my lovely witch, my little God and Goddess
Apply your great power and all imbalance redress
Use your dreams to make this the one and only day
You can create joy or sorrow for yours is the final say
Let the golden clouds of the dawn reflect in your heart
The stillness and omnipotence be yours from the start
Yours is the power to direct your destiny and that of others
Treat everyone not as competitors or foes, but like brothers
When you look deep inside you know this to be already true
For within you, you are Deity accept it and your spirit renew
Open your eyes and heart; break the boundaries and awake
Do it for the world, all the people and your own divine sake
