Rain on My Heart

Lady Luna’s and my tears cascaded from the morning dawn
Hers to give life to the earth, mine to bear the pain of scorn
The law of eternal balance was written with blood in the sky
Our passions united like lovers making the plants live and me die
The earth, like my face now runs wet with the element of water
All the plants now look to life but I only to The Goddess’s daughter
I thank The Lord and The Lady for blessing our working and rain spell
Now my beloved God and Goddess can you bless my love as well?
The passion of love and life courses through me and makes me proud
That I have the ability to love. Thank you my Gods; from Fire Cloud
In every tender sigh of passion and love there is also a taste of power
The very emotion that loosens the tear also lifts me like a tower
It puts steel in my eye, fire in my belly and iron in my resolve
There is a time for tears and for action, my problem to solve
Should I like in caveman style drag her by her beautiful hair
Kicking, fighting and screaming all the way to my lair?
I think not, for even though testosterone flows through my mind
I can never force or harm her or anyone, as my heart is kind
Sometimes true strength is not to overpower, simply to let be
To wait and pray to The Gods that she of her own will comes to me
