Shop Profile: Spellbound Antiques, Oddities and Home Fashions opened on April 1, 2006. At that time the front focus of the shop was on antique furniture, collectibles and vintage jewelry, testing the political waters discretely with regard to our true passion - The Craft!
Since that time, and with the constraints of the current economy, Spellbound has had to transform as so many small businesses. The antiques and collectibles went to auction, we moved again and I had to get a part-time job. I was running Spellbound by appointment from my home but just recently was offered the opportunity to locate to a Group Shop in the downtown Wilton area. Spellbound was very excited to be out in the community again and received a tremendous response, however; the Group Shop as a whole failed and it's back to the Spellbound Underground in my basement again at the start of 2013.
There are still no daily readers, mediums or psychics available, and any Psychic Parties will continue to be offered from my home along with any group classes. To date these have been centered around other Pagan Celebrations on the Wheel of the Year.
As a practicing solitary, I am aware of the new age and pagan community's continued need for a place to purchase or place orders for herbs, oils, bath salts, candles, books and other such items.
In addition to my continued relationship with Azure Green, I have increased my contacts and am offering original items from other places in the country including an array of crystals, rocks, pendulums and original jewelry.
Spellbound continues it's support of artisans that follow "the path" bringing much energy and power to their talented designs. One of whom provides beautiful handcrafted Ukrainian Pysanky which is an ancient method of decorating eggs using beeswax and natural dyes. Her designs are thousands of years old and include beautiful representations of nature.
As always, MANY THANKS to WitchVox and to the customers who visit this site and continue to visit Spellbound becoming our friends and expanding our network.
