Serenity's is a fully certified hypnotherapy center that specializes in helping those to help themselves. Hypnotic techniques are useful to help many issues including weight loss, smoking cessation, overcome alcohol and substance abuse, treating stress, sleep disorders, and personal isues including anxiety, fear, phobias, depression, and even Bipolar Disorder.
We also offer Transpersonal Hypnotherapy which includes past life and childhood memory regression.
