Meditation Classes and Workshops

Skill/Service Details: Debi has been teaching Meditation for seven years now and has had wonderful outcomes with her clients. Meditation classes are held in her own home and may go out into the countryside on fine days! Debi is currently teaching small groups relaxation and meditation techniques for a small donation. She also taught at Hayfields School in Auckly for the Further Education classes. Bring a matt, blanket, pillow, eye mask and a smile! She teaches basic meditation through to the more advanced and longer meditations. These include self-healing, chakra cleansing and balancing, connecting with the higher self, bell and candle meditations, elemental meditations as well as discovering your totem animals and general relaxation meditations, techniques and breathing. She also teaches advanced Chakra cleansing and balancing meditations, including Micro-cosmic Orbit.
