Reiki is a traditional energy healing system from Japan, and works in conjunction with conventional medicine to hasten recovery. It is exceptionally good for stress relief and relaxation, and leaves you feeling energised and full of well being. All Swansea post code areas are covered.
Reiki courses are also available in South Wales.
Reiki is taught in three stages:
Level 1: This attunement allows you to channel the Reiki and to give treatments to others.
Level 2: Increases your awareness of Reiki and allows you to send Reiki over distance, enabling you to treat a patient you cannot phystically visit. You are also given various symbols that enhance your ability to provide Reiki.
Level 3: Also known as the Master Level. This enables you teach and to attune others.
