Skill/Service Details: I run my own computer business. My husband (the tech) has been working on computers for 20 years. In 1992 he completed a Computer Repair Course. He started working for Great Southern computers as a technician in 1994. Ran own computer business from 1992 until Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Started working for Gateway as a Computer Support Technician in 2003. Worked for Dell as a Technical Support / Sales Rep. in 2006. While there, was attending ITT Technical Institute for a Bach. in Information Security Technology until 2008. Moved to Waldron in June 2008 and started working on friends' computers locally. Opened The Shop to supply a need found in community; to assist in saving local families' & companies' time & money.
We offer a wide range of services, from repairs to building a system just for you. All repairs are completed in store, in Waldron. File recovery for crashed systems, just bring your pc in and we can tell whatswrong with it, how to fix it and we ALWAYS try to supply the cheapest prices and the best quality we can.
Rates: Free Estimate, when you bring in your computer to the store., Price depends on the problem and what is required to fix it.
