I'm Katrina, licensed massage therapist, yoga instructor and meditation guide. I love what I do and when you come to see me you'll love it too. My sessions are soothing, compassionate and client focused. Let's set a goal for your continued wellness.

My Modalities Include:
Swedish - I'll knead, wring and tap you muscles, therapeutic and relaxing.
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi - Long full body stokes simulating the ocean waves., deeply nurturing and soothing.
Thai Yoga - Open your body with yoga-like stretches and hands on compressions along the Sen lines (energy currents) .
Barefoot Body Walking - Deep tissue therapy using my toes, heals and balls of my feet.
Deep Tissue - My hands and elbows sink into the deep muscles relieving knots and tension.
Prenatal - A gentle practice for pregnancy. Labor prep and postpartum too!
Fibromyalgia Therapy - An integrative treatment using massage, lymphatic stimulation, meridian and trigger point therapy.
Energy Healing - An intuitive combination of breath, vocal toning, sound vibrations, mantra and laying of hands. You are brought to state of deep relaxation and as I call Divine Universal energy to flow healing through you.
Rates: Massage Sessions can be booked at $100 an hour, $135 for 1.5 hours and $175 for 2 hours. Yoga Lessons are $50 an hour. Discounts available for multiple sessions and groups., Birth Doula Services start at $300
