Skill/Service Details: With 18 years of experience, my focus is on teens struggling with emotional difficulties, self-esteem, and other issues. I also focus on treating women, and provide a nurturing, safe, healing environment in which women can face their difficulties in a supportive, empowering environment, without judgment or fear. My techniques are holistic, so along with a humanistic-existential approach, I use cognitive therapy, communication skills work, aromatherapy, meditation, and consulting with you on your nutrition, care of your physical body, mind, and spirit. I am open to all beliefs, particularly pagan sisters.
I am a practicing witch, in the Dianic Wiccan tradition, initiated in 2002 by Holin Badger Shu-Bad. I continue to facilitate and participate in ritual with Circle of Aradia in Los Angeles, though I reside and practice in North County San Diego.
I am a native Pennsylvanian, of German/Polish descent (first generation Polish) , and have been in Southern California for almost 20 years.
Rates: I prefer private pay to insurance, to provide the highest level of confidentiality and freedom in your treatment. I am on several insurance panels. Please contact me to discuss fee arrangements, I can work with you on this. My fee is between 100-125/session.
