The art form can be the begining of healing, such as those used to remember a lost loved one or those which cover some emblem of disaster (scar) .
Tattoos can be used as a way to feel connected to a culture, tradition or even a deity.
The ancient peoples that had tattoos as part of their cultures all understood the magic that comes from the marks one chooses to put on one's body as well as the unique connection between client and an artist who understands the spiritual importance of those emblems.
Tattoos can express a concept that is difficult to put into words or express in any other way.
Tattooing is often used to mark milestones in one's life even when it is something as simple as wearing the name or image of one's child or grandchild.
Tattoos can express pride in one's accomplishments. (Like the person who adds a star for every year she is sober.)
A tattoo can truly change how someone feels about themself. This is a concept that is very hard to explain to those that have no tattoos.
Rates: I have a $45.00 min. , My hourly rate is $100 per hour which means someone is glad that after 20 years I'm fast!
