I practice psychotherapy from a holistic, multimodal approach.
I believe that you cannot heal the mind if you do not also heal the body and spirit. I have begun to integrate multifaceted therapeutic tools in order to facilitate the healing of the body, mind and spirit.
In my practice, you will find a variety of nontraditional as well as
traditional groups, workshops, therapy, and other services available to you at reasonable rates. I pride myself on providing services that can be affordable, so please ask about sliding scale fees.

Rates: I have an office in Downtown Littleton. I see clients three days per week and one evening, (Tuesday) . My regular rate is $60.00 per hour although I do offer a sliding scale based on financial need. My sliding scale is from $30.00 to $45.00 per hour. I do not accept insurance at this time.
