I am in contract with my current family until July 28, 2009. Though I will be sad to leave, the children are both enrolled in full-day classes in school starting August. Therefore, I am looking for a new family or class to love and support this fall and beyond!

ABOUT ME:
-23 years old in July 2009
-Fun, energetic, and an excellent role model in good health
-I do NOT smoke, drink, or use ANY illegal substances!
-Clean language and attitude at all times
-Dedicated evening student at Front Range Community College in Early Childhood Education
-Literacy and a Healthy Lifestyle take priority- playing before TV time!
-I will put your family FIRST!
SAFETY:
-American Heart Association CPR for Healthcare Providers qualified through 8/31/2010
-American Heart Association First Aid qualified through 3/14/2011
-Strong believer in use of personal safety equipment (helmets, pads, wrist guards)
-Working cell phone always charged and on my person for business calls only while working
TRANSPORTATION:
-Owner of a very reliable Toyota Corolla with excellent maintenance
-Willing to take the car to a licensed mechanic for a safety inspection before beginning work
-Safe driver since age 16, no accident history
-Knowledge of child safety seat use- all children sit in the back seat
-Seat belts are on before the car starts!

-Camp Counselor at a Colorado Girl Scout Camp from 2005-2006
-Baby-sitter from age 15 to present
-Over ten years of experience with children aged 3 months-18 years
-Currently full-time nanny for a four-year-old girl and a seven-year-old boy
EDUCATION:
-B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado
-A.A. in Elementary Education from Northeastern Junior College
-Group Leader Certificate from Front Range Community College
-Current student in Early Childhood Education at Front Range Community College expected to graduate May 2010
-A sample of my coursework: Guidance (alternative to discipline) , Curriculum Planning, Infant/Toddler Theory and Practice, Child Development, Language and Literacy, General Education in all Subjects

It can be hard to find a Pagan child care provider. If you wish, I will help you child discover the love of the Goddess! I am also very comfortable leaving religion out of it. Don't let another family or center take this great opportunity first!
Rates: Rates vary according to work requested and the time of day. For childcare, I start at $8-10/hr for one child and increase as additional children are included. In the case of a full-time position, a weekly rate can be negotiated. Child care centers, I am willing to hear your standard pay rates before discussing pay!
